When delivering training we are asked to handout a standard Feedback Form at the end of each session. Although impressionistic, I tend to give them little merit, as I believe attendees really haven’t had time to reflect on the learning and complete these hurriedly as they rush out the door. However, I found this one to be particularly insightful!
That said, feedback on ones practice is essential to be an effective, reflective practitioner. So it is really my responsibility to ensure the feedback I can receive is meaningful.
